We’re super excited to gear up for theater in the fall! As with last season, venue applications for most venues will be available through the HRDC App. Applications for the Loeb Ex, and Agassiz Theater can be submitted there. Please note that there is no Farkas Hall or Loeb Mainstage slot available for this fall.
To access the Loeb and OFA apps, go here and click “Start a New Application”. You will need to log in or create an account, if you do not already have one. After starting an application, you can invite other staff members to collaborate on the application. Other members in Executive staff roles will have access to edit the entire application, while staff members in other roles will not. However, each staff member you invite must themselves sign on to the application by visiting the same portal, and provide their resume, conflicts, and design plan or statement themselves. Other staff members will not appear on your submitted application until they have logged in and clicked “Sign On” for your show. If they have multiple roles, they will need to sign on to each one individually. When you submit your application, it will be submitted for all selected venues simultaneously, even though some portions of the app may vary from venue to venue, so make sure to fill all of them out, if applicable. After the July 22 deadline, we will reach out to all existing applications to schedule interviews.

If you are interested in spaces beyond the Loeb and the Agassiz, look out for applications for house theater spaces later in the semester. Deadlines for these apps may vary and will also be announced later.
