Join the HRDC on February 25 at 3pm for a conversation in which we’ll talk about the different reasons why students choose to pursue theater and other art-based extracurriculars. We also hope to connect this discussion to broader considerations about the Harvard arts community. For example, should the HRDC and other student groups strive to produce a certain kind of art? Does art have to be political? Or can it just be a source of entertainment? These are just some of the questions we will consider as we think about the purpose of on-campus art making. All members of the Harvard community are welcome to attend, regardless of identity or artistic experience.
